Please select my new school uniform

Dear readers,

as I have mentioned earlier, I'd like to buy a new school uniform. Because a real schoolgirl cannot select her own uniform on her own either (but instead has to wear what the school tells her to wear), I have created another poll and want to let you decide what uniform I should wear. (maybe I should do this every year ;-))

Please select my new school uniform here. Your help is very much appreciated. :-)
Please select all the colors/items that you like, so I can see which items are in 2nd and 3rd place etc. in case I can't acquire the winning item.

The poll runs until 31st January. I will try to buy the items with the most votes, but please understand that it may not be possible to acquire the exact "winning uniform" (because it's either too expensive or - more likely - not available in my size).

Time for a re-start

Dear readers,

again, it has been some time since my last message. I wish I could tell you some interesting news, but instead I have to say that I haven't been doing any schoolgirl activities in 5 weeks. In fact, today is the first day since then that I wear my school uniform again (and it feels great :-))

Life is very busy at the moment with many 12h+ workdays (a co-worker has quit, no replacement for her, others called in sick, and lots of work to do ... I guess most people have experienced something like that before). And even though I enjoy the relaxing evenings - or rather what's left of them - on my sofa, I often daydream about going to a strict school and then having to do lots of homework in the evening or even some punishment lines until the next morning or over the weekend.

I hope to get back to that in 2013, and I'm also thinking about buying another school uniform to symbolize the re-start. Maybe something in maroon, I've always liked that color. What do you think?
