About me & my school uniform(s)

Dear reader,

I'm a man in his late 20s who likes to be a prim and proper traditional schoolgirl every now and then. A cross-dresser if you will. (though funnily enough women who wear mens' clothing aren't called cross-dressers, are they?)

Anyway, when I'm in schoolgirl mode I go by the name of Cornelia. It's not exactly one of my favorite names - though I had several people complimenting me on it already - however this is the name my parents would have given me if I had been born a girl instead of a boy. So I thought it would be fitting to use it. After all, you can't choose your own name, can you?

Now, why do I like school uniforms? Traditional, proper school uniforms, mind you - I don't like those sexy schoolgirl outfits.

I think it was in 5th grade in school. There was a picture (and a whole chapter for that matter) about school uniforms in one of our English school books. We didn't have to wear uniforms to school here in Germany, so this topic was already interesting. But that picture really stuck with me. There was very good looking girl about my age (back then of course) who wore a white blouse, a sleeveless pullover, a navy blue skirt and white knee socks. The girls in my school sadly just wore t-shirts and jeans all the time. (to be fair, we boys never went to school wearing a suit either ... well, actually we did once. And it was legendary.) I kept looking at this picture all the time. At first I wished the girls at my school would dress like her, then I wished I could dress like her. I have no idea when I switched from wanting to see girls in uniform to being the girl who wears a uniform. But it must have been somewhen during my teenage years when my interest in BDSM emerged.

You see, I'm a switcher. Sometimes I like to be a dom, sometimes a sub - that's the reason why I'm not always in schoolgirl mode. I have several roleplay fantasies, but since the schoolgirl fantasy is my oldest one (and one of the strongest ones) I come back to it quite often. Being a schoolgirl in a strict, old-fashioned school really provides a lot of D/s roleplay possibilites: having to wear a strict and uncomfortable uniform, being treated like a child, adhering to strict rules, being punished for every minor infraction etc., you get the point.

For a very long time these fantasies were just that: fantasies. However, the one positive thing about my break-up with my lovely-but-unfortunately-mostly-vanilla ex-girlfriend is that I had the possibility to turn fantasy into reality. When I stumbled across the Written Punishments Group at Yahoo, everything was set into motion. Naturally, the fantasy of being punished is better than the reality of it. But still, it's an undescribable "pleasure"(?!?) to be punished and to write boring lines for endless hours, knowing that the teacher who punished you will probably have a fun and/or relaxing evening while your hand begins to hurt from writing.

Anyway, for me it all comes down to the school uniforms. That's the thing that started it all.
Currently have two sets of uniforms. My old navy blue one, and my new maroon one. It's a shame I can't wear them outside - I'd love to feel the wind playing with my gymslip. Alas, this will probably not happen in the foreseeable future. I guess you're lucky when it comes to this, ladies. :-)
